Score 0 if – We do not recognise risk in the relationship. Score 25 if – We recognise some risk in the realtionship but we deal with it separately Score 50 if – We reconise risk in the relationship and we take some time to develop a number of risk mitigation strategies to the more important ones. Score 75 if – We actively track risk in our KPIs and we are proactive in working with our partners to minimise the risk to us. Score 100 if – We actively track risk in our KPIs and we seek to minimise risk by actively sharing it formally with our partners.
