Score 25 if – Sometimes but not regularly.
Score 50 if – Yes but only attended by level 1 on each side.
Score 75 if – Yes and attended by most but no stakeholder involvement.
Score 100 if – Yes attended by all three communication and responsibility levels and all key stakeholders.
